01 / Why This Matters

A certificate records a day. It doesn't describe today.

Under Ontario Regulation 1101, workplace first aid certificates from WSIB-approved providers are typically valid for three years. This interval reflects program rules, not evidence about how long individual responders retain their skills.

The published research on first aid and CPR retention tells a different story. Skills measurably fade within months of training, particularly for people who rarely use them — which describes almost every workplace first aider.

Both facts are true at once. An employer can be fully compliant and still have no clear idea what their designated responders can currently do.

That gap is the work we do.

Ontario says three years. The research says months. Compliance and capability are answering different questions.

02 / Who We Serve

Built for workplaces where response time is measured in seconds.

High-Risk Industry

Manufacturing, rail, construction, warehousing, and industrial sites. First aid and CPR that meets Regulation 1101, plus response team development and Psychological First Aid for teams exposed to critical incidents. We work directly with health and safety professionals.

Dental & Clinical Practices

BLS for dental teams, single practices, and multi-location dental organizations. Built around the emergencies that actually happen in a treatment room — syncope, anaphylaxis, airway obstruction — not generic classroom scenarios.

Corporate Dental BLS

Emergency Response Teams

Campus, healthcare, corporate, event, and security response teams. Structured pathways combining First Responder, Emergency Medical Responder, BLS, Psychological First Aid, and scenario practice.

03 / Corporate & National Programs

Two questions, not one.

Most compliance programs answer a single question: are the certificates current? That question matters — it's the legal requirement, and we track it carefully across every location you operate.

But it isn't the only question worth answering. The second one is harder: on any given shift, is there someone present who could actually respond?

Our corporate programs are built to answer both.

Compliance Tracking

Centralized visibility into certification status and expiry dates, first aid kit inspections, and outstanding actions by location or region. One view across every site you operate.

Shift Coverage Mapping

Regulation 1101 requires a trained first aider on every shift. Most compliance reports count certified headcount, not shift presence. We map coverage against your actual staffing patterns so you can see gaps by location, shift, and day.

Location-Specific Guidance

Training level, kit requirements, and regulatory obligations vary by province, headcount, and workplace type. We tell you what applies where.

On-Site Delivery

Training brought to your site, scheduled around production, across Canada.

05 / Our Standard

Scenario-driven, not slide-driven.

Training that only rehearses ideal conditions prepares people for conditions they will never encounter. Our sessions use high-fidelity equipment and scenario practice built around the real environment — interruption, noise, time pressure, and equipment that isn't where the diagram said it would be.

Learners leave able to explain why each action matters, not only the order to perform it in. That's what makes a skill last past the certificate.
